SAFe® for Teams

As a SAFe® 5 Practitioner (SP), you will build and shape the skills you need to grow into a highly successful team member on an Agile Release Train (ART). This certification will give you the ability to lead and support your team in delivering value rapidly and predictably. You will also learn how to collaborate effectively with other teams. At the end of this training, you will be able to answer the following questions:

How does an Agile team function inside of an ART?
How do we as an Agile team plan and execute iterations and the PI?
How do we work with other teams on the ART to effectively deliver value?

SAFe® for Scrum Masters

The SAFe® Scrum Master course examines the role of the Scrum Master in the overall picture of the entire enterprise. The course readies attendees to successfully plan and carry out the Program Increment (PI), which is the principal facilitator of alignment through all levels of a SAFe® organization. Attending this course will help you answer the following questions:

How do Scrum Masters facilitate planning and execution of work during a PI?
How do you coach and lead Agile teams inside a SAFe enterprise?
How do you become a servant leader to build a high-performing team?

SAFe® for Advanced Scrum Masters

Current Scrum Masters can take this two-day training to prepare for their leadership role in assisting the success of Agile teams, programs, and enterprises throughout the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) deployment. Facilitating cross-team contacts to enable program execution and constant improvement is covered in training. This course will provide guidance and tools need to answer the following questions:

What’s the next step in my learning as a SAFe Scrum Master?
How can I improve my coaching and facilitation skills to support my team?
What are common anti-patterns to avoid when encouraging relentless improvement at scale?

SAFe® Release Train Engineer

Learn everything there is to know about the responsibilities and duties of a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in a SAFe® enterprise. Examine the RTE function in a Lean-Agile transformation through experiential learning. Taking this training will help you answer the following questions:

Leading SAFe®

Develop a skillset that’s in demand worldwide! With the help of this SAFe® training course, you can construct an Agile Portfolio, execute with Agile Release Trains, and lead a Lean-Agile transformation in an organization. This two-day course is for Leaders of a Lean- Agile change initiative to learn the principles and practices of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe), how to execute and release value through Agile Release Trains, and what it means to lead a Lean-Agile transformation. Attending this training will help you answer the following questions:

What is SAFe?
What is business Agility and how does SAFe support it?
How does an organization get started with the Scaled Agile Framework?
